Quotes from 2008 Spring Concept Series

"Oddly enough, the paradox is one of our most valuable spiritual possessions, while uniformity of meaning is a sign of weakness.  …Only the paradox comes anywhere near to comprehending the fullness of life"

– CW12, ¶18

What is Jungian Psychology? PDF Print E-mail

ImageJungian psychology opens a doorway to our unconscious. Jung views the unconscious as a source of creativity and spiritual wholeness. The unconscious also holds aspects of ourselves that can prevent us from connecting to our creativity. Thus, our challenge in life is to discover these unknown aspects within our psyche, and in doing so, to become a whole person. Jung called this process the way of individuation. Thus, Jungian psychology is about our personal journey towards wholeness, a journey that requires a moral commitment to self-discovery.
